This Privacy Policy explains how AURIS MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. (Company Registration No. 202601025972 (1688068-D)), trading as “Arkiefai” (“Company”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use https://www.arkiefai.com and our related services (the “Platform”). We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (“PDPA”), as amended.

    • (a)Identity and contact data: name, date of birth, nationality, identity card or passport details, address, email address, phone number.
    • (b)Verification data: copies of identity documents, proof of address, selfie or liveness checks, and results of sanctions and PEP screening.
    • (c)Account and transaction data: account details, subscription and payment history, and records of your use of the Services.
    • (d)Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, location derived from IP address, log data, and cookies and similar technologies.
    • (e)Communications: messages you send us, including support requests and complaints.
