1. 1.About us and our services

   1.1 The Company provides management consultancy and technology services. Through the Platform we provide market information, analytics and AI‑assisted insight tools covering digital assets, real‑world assets and global financial markets (the “Services”).

   1.2 The Company is not licensed or regulated by any financial services authority, including the Securities Commission Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia or the Labuan Financial Services Authority. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial product.

   1.3 Information on the Platform is provided for general information purposes only. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any financial decision.

2. 2.Eligibility

   2.1 You may use the Platform only if you:

   • (a)are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
   • (b)are not a resident of, located in, or a citizen of any Restricted Jurisdiction listed in our Jurisdiction Disclaimer; and
   • (c)are not subject to any sanctions administered by the United Nations, Malaysia, or any other applicable authority.

   2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the place where you are located. We may refuse or terminate access at any time if we believe these requirements are not met.

3. 3.Accounts

   3.1 Certain features require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.

   3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at rondomagic1982@proton.me if you suspect unauthorised use.

   3.3 We may require you to complete identity verification (“Know Your Customer”) and anti‑money laundering checks before or after giving you access to the Services, and may suspend your account until such checks are completed.

4. 4.Acceptable use

   You must not:

   • (a)use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud or sanctions evasion;
   • (b)access the Platform through a VPN, proxy or other means intended to conceal your location in order to circumvent our jurisdiction restrictions;
   • (c)interfere with, disrupt, reverse‑engineer, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems;
   • (d)upload or transmit any virus, malicious code or harmful content;
   • (e)impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person; or
   • (f)resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Services without our prior written consent.

5. 5.Intellectual property

   All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs and other materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non‑commercial use in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

6. 6.Fees

   Where any Service is subject to fees, the fees, billing terms and any refund conditions will be shown on the Platform or in the Client Agreement before you pay. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. 7.Third‑party services and links

   The Platform may contain links to, or integrate with, third‑party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for them, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. 8.Disclaimer of warranties

   The Platform and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors or viruses. Any output generated by automated or artificial‑intelligence tools may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision.

9. 9.Limitation of liability

   9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

   9.2 Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or RM 500, whichever is higher.

   9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) where it applies.

10. 10.Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

11. 11.Suspension and termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent, unlawful or prohibited activity. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

12. 12.Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. 13.Governing law and jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

14. 14.General

    If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms are written in English; if translated, the English version prevails.
